[EnR] Chiba bw icon.

I've been wanting to have an icon like this for a while and I finally got around to working on one. I really love the toned manga look, and this was really fun to do. I have a lot to improve on, but it was still fun to go a bit crazy. * v * )
Originally I wasn't going to upload it, but I haven't uploaded to the group in a while, so I said why not? LOL.
