The uniform is perfectly accurate, you drew the details very wel, great job! ;v; And her hair is aso gorgeous too, you got it perfectly well too! 
Your shading looks fabulous as well, especially on the hair, plus I love the additional colors you've used, it's a very nice effect! The background is very fitting too, love the bright colors, it makes a nice contrast with Rei's darker colors ;w;
